This is my second year teaching literacy at the RAPCS and I am excited!
My career started with preparing adults to take the GED exam. I then moved into the management and supervision of adult education programs, which included adult basic education, English as a second language, family literacy, and GED classes. Occasionally, I taught reading and English literature courses to freshmen at Delaware County Community College. Most recently, I worked for the School District of Philadelphia as a high school English teacher. I taught 11th grade American Literature, 12th grade British Literature, and 12th grade Advance Placement English Literature and Composition.
I am a wife, mother, and grandmother with two adult children and four grandchildren.
I am a genealogy enthusiast!
